The Hellenic Research House

We are an Athens-based full-service research agency covering quantitative and qualitative work across the full project lifecycle — design, fieldwork, analysis and reporting. Our clients span commercial, industrial, media, banking and public sector organisations, and a significant part of our work is conducted in partnership with international agencies requiring locally managed Greek research.

We maintain full in-house capabilities without subcontracting. A dedicated statistics team handles everything from study design through analysis and reporting, while field operations are managed by a permanent in-house team overseeing a network of trained interviewers with national coverage. We conduct F2F, CATI, CAPI and online surveys, CLT, sensory testing, mystery visits, online and F2F FGDs and we maintain a proprietary panel both for online and offline research.

Quantitative methods include segmentation, MaxDiff, regression analysis, statistical modelling, experimental design and data mining. On the qualitative side, Hellenic Research House deploys projective techniques and ethnographic research alongside standard focus group and IDI methodologies.

We have substantive experience working with clients across most industries with a focus on food and nutrition, agriculture, healthcare, nicotine products, transportation and retail.
