KIIS [Kiev International Institute of Sociology]

President of KIIS, Prof. Valeriy Khmelko, is the Head of Sociology Department at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. General Director of KIIS, Prof. Volodymyr Paniotto, is the Vice-President of Ukrainian Marketing Association and the first National Representative of ESOMAR in Ukraine (from 2001 till 2005).

Leading KIIS experts are authors of numurous monographs and textbooks on methodology of research, that are used for studies by students sogiologists in today's Ukraine.

KIIS own network covers all the Ukraine: all regions, both urban and rural population. In its quantitative research KIIS uses nationwide sample that was constructed with the help of Leslie Kish and Steven Heeringa, and the sample is considered one of the best in Ukraine. For the purpose of conducting focus groups KIIS has specially equipped premises in Kiev and other regional centers.

KIIS has done considerable number of diverse research projects, both quantitative and qualitative. Its specialization on ad-hoc research provides KIIS with versatile and valuable experience that is curried towards new research projects.
