Drawing on professional market research experience dating back to 1991, we combine in-depth knowledge of the Swiss market with a realistic and flexible operational approach. Our involvement often begins at the feasibility stage: assessing expected incidence and recruitment complexity, identifying conflicting or overly restrictive criteria, and advising clients on target definitions, quotas, recruitment routes, timing, incentives and fieldwork requirements.

We specialise in recruiting carefully screened participants for qualitative studies and demanding quantitative samples. Our experience covers consumers and users, patients and healthcare professionals, B2B specialists, senior decision-makers, company representatives, financial and wealth-management audiences, and other narrowly defined or hard-to-reach profiles.

Depending on the project, recruitment may combine our access panels, client databases, professional networks, targeted online communication, advertising and individual desk research. Candidate selection includes detailed screening and personal validation, with close attention to eligibility, motivation, communication ability, language requirements and availability.
