Typically we recruit for usability tests, interviews, focus groups and online surveys. Our panel consists of 80'000+ people. We acquire new test users through online channels, offline and telephone campaigns. Our online price calculator at www.testingtime.com allows you to create and save quotes. Orders are placed online and will be verified by us before the recruitment starts. Based on the desired criteria in your order, we setup an online screener to select the right candidates. Invitees have to go through the online screener in order to become candidates for a particular study. For qualitative studies, we do an additional phone screening and briefing before the person is scheduled and confirmed. We never charge for no-shows. We provide free replacements. We track every participation and never deliver the same participants twice (unless requested otherwise). We directly pay the participants through their bank account or PayPal.
