- Quantitative: secondary data analysis, F2F, CATI, research over mail, time series and conjoint. Equipment: 48 CATI stations, custom market intelligence software.
- Qualitative: interviews, focus groups, observation, mystery shopping. Equipment: room for implementation and observation with one-way mirror, AV technology, CAQDA.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
- Research for support of product development: multi-method approach combining observation, benchmarking and conjoint analysis (CVA-conjoint value analysis, ACA-adaptive conjoint analysis and CBC-choice based conjoint)
- Research for support of communication activities planning supporting the whole cycle: preparation of creative brief, test of communication strategy, test of creative solutions and measurement of communication effectiveness using our own tool CEM
- Brand measurement and development (architecture, identity, positioning, extension): multi-method approach combining secondary data analysis, survey, perceptual mapping and focus groups.
