Since our foundation in 1995, Hoffmann & Forcher have been active in a variety of research sectors, whereby our core competences include evaluation studies, mystery shopping and brand image studies.

In Austria, we currently employ approximately 1000 field staff for mystery shopping and personal interviews.

Our geographic areas of focus include not only Austria and Germany but also the Eastern European countries, where we have extensive experience in marketing research and mystery shopping in collaboration with our partner institutes.
