Context-Research ethical code: We see research and applied psychology as contribution to a peaceful world of prosperity, a democratic, free society for all people. Thus, we do not conduct our projects for products and services which harm body and psyche, produced under poor working conditions and sold by misleading advertising and marketing. We are obliged to basic humanistic principles.

Qualitative Research: Focus-groups, creative-groups, qualitative one-to-one interviews e.g. expert- & in-depth-interviews

Coaching & Moderation: We accompany people and offer assistance in finding goal-oriented solutions for the work-environment. We work in one-to-one settings and with groups.

Work Psychology: Employee surveys e.g. on job satisfaction, work conditions and climate, internal communication, support for change processes, optimization of working- and organizational-processes

Online Research e.g. Customer satisfaction studies, for products, services or consulting, advertising-pre & post-tests and new media research, image- & branding-studies, analyses of target groups,
