LINK Marketing Services is a full-service agency (qualitative and quantitative) with its headquarters in Lucerne.

LINK’s success is based mainly on its leading position in CATI (340 stations) and a highly sophisticated online research infrastructure inc. a panel of 85,000 off-line recruited internet users.

For CATI, LINK uses specially designed powerful hardware enablling the handling of complex questionnaire routings with inbuilt plausibility checks and access to huge external files (brand lists, directories etc.). Technology used includes random-digit dialling, autodialling, central programming, analysis, sample and quality control for all four CATI locations.

Face-to-face surveys are conducted PAPI, CAPI or in-hall. Fully equipped test-studios (kitchen, VCR, closed-circuit television) are centrally located in Lucerne and Lausanne.
LINK’s CATI omnibus runs weekly with n= 1,000 in German and French Switzerland. LINK’s Visual Bus runs online weekly with n= 1'000 in German and French Switzerland.
