Smart Plus Research

We are a team that has been sharing the same passion towards researching for a long time – with our hard work and accumulated experience, we have understood what is important in this business, and now we are here to share our vision with you !

The Team is composed of psychologists, statisticians, economists and engineers that work together on a multidisciplinary approach to ensure coming up with the best possible solution for any given challenge brought up before their clients.

Smart Plus Research services are offered both as a whole, with one, all-around research solution as well as each service individually. The process usually starts with research design followed by questionnaire creation, sampling, data collection, data analysis and reporting the findings. We insist on providing action steps that need to be carried out in order to improve business, directly or indirectly by taking care of brand, customer satisfaction, usage and attitude, pricing policy or any other aspect of doing business.

Agency has an online panel of 10.000+ panelists, assuring the ease of any CAWI data collection methodology to be carried out. Aside from having modernly equiped CATI studio, Smart Plus Research has Focused Group Discussion (FGD) studio at its disposal. Regardless of data collection technique that is used, powerful statistics tools that have been, and will be used, assure getting most of the data.
