Pollster is an independent market and social research agency based in Warsaw, Poland, operating since 2011. We support international research agencies, consultancies and direct clients with reliable fieldwork and full-service research in Poland, and coordinate multi-country projects with trusted local partners.

One of our key strengths is direct control over online research. We operate our own managed research panel, Reaktor Opinii, and our own proprietary survey platform, allowing us to manage sample, programming, fieldwork and quality directly. We deliver representative and specialist samples, complex CAWI studies, multi-wave longitudinal research and survey experiments.

Beyond online research, we support both quantitative and qualitative projects. Our capabilities include CATI and CAPI delivered with trusted partners, qualitative and UX recruitment, IDIs, focus groups and local moderation. We are comfortable working with B2B, specialist and hard-to-reach audiences, and can support clients either with selected parts of a project or with end-to-end research delivery.

Data quality is a core part of our approach. Our procedures include respondent verification, attention checks, completion-time monitoring, consistency analysis and data cleaning. Pollster holds PKJPA quality certification in both CAWI research and CAWI panel management.

We are experienced in complex academic, social and commercial research, including longitudinal studies and projects requiring sophisticated survey logic, randomisation and experimental designs.
