CID Gallup is a full service research agency specializing in multi-country studies in Latin America. In the Market Research area the company has particular capacity in three areas: large tracking studies, quality of service and image studies, and custom work which includes the latest analytical techniques.

In the public opinion area CID/Gallup has been a pioneer in the region in conducting and publishing in major media national polling data. Beginning in 1977 the company has been regularly poll data and its work has become the isthmian benchmark.

CID/Gallup’s professional staff is centred in San José, Costa Rica, although a response capability exists in all Central American nations and Dominican Republic. The company has put together a diverse group of bilingual technicians, most with MBA or MSc`s and a few with PhD’s. Among the disciplines represented on the full time staff are specialists in marketing, finance, public administration, economics, political sciences, communication and law.

CID/Gallup conducts about 350 research projects a year for a wide variety of private and public sector clients.
