We have our own real CATI studio in our premisses, powered by the NIPO CATI system.
We carry surveys all over Latin America: CATI surveys (with Brazilian interviewers for Portuguese and Spanish-mother tongue interviewers for other Latin American countries) and face-to-face surveys with our Latin American partners.
We have a particularly great experience in large Sales & Services Tracking surveys and in Car Clinics.
We also have a national CATI omnibus covering the whole Brazil.
Gercomp has now 25 years of experience in helping foreign clients to understand the Brazilian market better.
