L&E Research is a qualitative research company that has connected brands with people since 1984. We serve clients across healthcare, consumer goods, legal, and biotech through two complementary sides of the business: recruitment and field services, and full-service research through L&E Insights.
Our recruitment and field services practice is built around a proprietary panel of more than 1.6 million verified participants across the United States, supporting focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic research, mock trials, sensory evaluations, and online qualitative studies. We operate research facilities throughout the United States, each designed to support in-person qualitative work alongside hybrid and remote methodologies. Three of those facilities house methodology-specific specialty suites: the Medical Simulation Suite in Chicago, the Sensory Evaluation Suite in Cincinnati, and the Culinary Insights Suite in Columbus, supporting clinical simulation, taste testing, product comparison, packaging evaluation, and other studies that require purpose-built space.
