Spinach is a unique qualitative research agency. We're unique because of what we do and the way we go about it. We call it QualPlus®. We've coined the term QualPlus® because it captures not only the way we?ve evolved classic qualitative research techniques but also the spirit of restless thinking, enthusiasm and determination we bring to working on projects. We're experienced and expert at all aspects of classic qualitative research, exploring, developing and evaluating - whether it be advertising, branding, design, concepts or strategy. We work across a broad range of sectors and over half of our work involves moderating and coordinating global research projects. The "plus" element refers to the additional related disciplines we can integrate with our qualitative findings to enrich the final output. To this end, we?ve established a network of trusted collaborators including semioticians, ethnographers, creative consumers and artists and we have our own Workshop Director.
