Prognoscentret is an independent market analysis company that specialises in the Nordic construction and property markets.

The parent company Prognosesenteret was founded in Norway in 1978 and Prognoscentret was established in Sweden in 1991. Our offices in Stockholm and Oslo currently employ about 40 people and we have established ourselves as a leading supplier of market analyses for the Nordic construction and property market. Together we represents Sweden and Norway in Europe’s leading construction business research group - Euroconstruct.
