What we do:

1. Help client distill business objective and articulate research objectives

2. Design research: identify optimal approach, with a view to answering client brand’s questions and inspiring informed action

3. Provide logistical support and facilitation: determine participant (consumers, influencers, industry experts) criteria and compose screeners; select optimal venue

4. Define line of enquiry: formulate questions and write discussion guides in a way that would elicit true, inspired and informative response

5. Execute fieldwork: go into market, talk to people–in situ or viewing facility, observe commercial and lifestyle setting, and collect visual and verbal data that would inspire and inform client action

6. Discuss and analyse: lead workshops and download sessions following fieldwork; put together output in English or Japanese to answer client’s questions and light the way forward
