Yolanda Aparicio Ponce Having a Marketing background & being an empathic person has helped me to have this unique understanding regarding consumers’ behavior. My passions are travelling (hunger for experiences) & sports (team focused), which allows me to feel as the consumer & think as the client. With more than 10 years in qualitative research, what I still finds fascinating is when “the magic begins” while moderating, & consumers start talking about their feelings & emotions towards a brand or a product, or while doing ethnographic observations, consumers become teachers of a product… everything flows naturally.
