Behaviour & Attitudes was founded in February 1985. The company specialises in problem-solving research - seeking creative solutions to problems of positioning, pricing, packaging and advertising. All assignments are handled by experienced, practical researchers whose philosophy is to attach particular importance to defining problems at the outset, in the belief that this pays dividends in producing cost-effective solutions and actionable results. Qualitative and quantitative research techniques are applied as appropriate, often in tandem. Emphasis is placed on speedy and succinct reporting and on continued contact after report presentation to ensure effective use of research results. The company also runs a bi-monthly syndicated survey (Barometer) based on a nationally representative sample of 1200 adults (15+ yrs). Behaviour & Attitudes has a national panel of over 200 interviewers and a CATI unit controlled by a field manager with more than 20 years market research experience and a team of 5 supervisors (the company has partners in 16 countries).
