CSI International is an independent specialist for data collection services worldwide. Own CATI centre with 60 stations is located in Dortmund. With native speaking agents CSI International is conducting qualitative and quantitative telephone surveys. The field force of about 1000 f-t-f interviewers is able to conduct ad hoc qualitative and quantitative CAPI, CAMI or p&p interviews nationwide. A specially trained team of fulltime interviewers is focused on b-2-b, medical and mystery shopping surveys. Our network of reliable alliance partners extends our research capacities - centrally co-ordinated - to Western and Eastern Europe, Central America, USA, South America and the Asian-Pacific Rim.
