Czaia Marktforschung specialises in media research, advertising-noting studies, including recall and effectiveness measurement studies, audience measurement for broadcast and other electronic media, e.g. viewdata and online research. It co-ordinates fieldwork for other research organisations, both domestic and international, and carries out methodological experiments. Czaia Marktforschung handles face-to-face interviews, but specialises in computer-aided telephone interviewing. Its centralised facility has 70 lines linked to direct entry screens. Sample and respondent selection and verification is fully computerised. We also offer facilities for music research, both as broadcast program content or its use in commercials, with random selectable playback of digitalized music played during the interview along with the responses. In addition we do desk research, marketing research, data processing, statistical analysis, data mining. Our subsidiary Immediate GmbH offers menu driven PC software for marketing and media planning to advertisers, agencies and the media and is specialised in programming Internet applications.
